In October 2014 we introduced in-house Health and safety auditing, this product is easy to use and produces a ‘user friendly’ report allowing management control where non-compliance is found. The systems provided have a flexible approach to the needs of Group 1. We will continue to work with Inductus to implement a control environment in an efficient and cost effective way.

Over the course of the last 30 months working with the Inductus team we have realised a number of commercial benefits including, but not limited to, efficiency savings in the audit process, increased compliance with regulatory and internal procedures, through greater visibility and reduced down time, through more detailed incident analysis and subsequent risk reduction. The introduction of the new system has given us a standard procedure for all the sites. There is now a set process in place which covers all aspects of the control of contractors. It is very easy for the staff on site to use and has been welcomed by the Managers , who not only see the Health and Safety benefits, but also the enhanced quality and financial control.
