What is different about Pitstop?
Brevity and informality are the hallmark of Pitstop whilst allowing participants to give feedback and confirmation of items discussed. Long and protracted aoppraisal processes are avoid edto encourage completion while minimising management time.
Pitstop is an on-line "informal " employee review. Reviews can be held at specific intervals or "on-demand" if more convenient.
How does it Pitstop work?
Pitstop allows for Scheduled or "on-demand" employee reviews.
They are always informal while still following a basic structure.
KPI and TQI's can be reviewed with the colleague during the process.
Colleagues can give their own feedback on the review.
A new approach.
In some specific areas of operation, like MOT compliance for instance, it is a mandatory requirement to have regular monthly reviews with MOT Testers. Pitstop is therefore linked to ProMOT within the Sentinel platform for easy use and navigation.
