Academy is more focussed towards Human Resources and enables you to create individual training modules or combine them into a course. It is basically the same features as SafetyNet but does not feed directly into our risk monitoring systems. The emphasis within Academy is the individual development of the employee and is more focused on career development. Therefore it gives a better opportunity for your HR department to run their own training without it being tied into anything of essential Safety or Security training. It will create induction courses for new employees and allow employees to request additional training of interest to them.
