SafetyNet is a user-friendly Learning Management System which allows for clients to not only host Inductus produced SCORM Compliant training, but also SCORM v1.2 training produced by third-parties.
It can programe training based on Job Roles, Management position and "Positions of Responsibilty". The internal diary sends out notification alerts when training is available, a warning alert before the due date, and urgent messages if training is overdue.
As SafetyNet is designed to meet the rigorous requirements of Risk-Related Health & Safety, Finance and Data Security training, the trainee has the opportunity, when finishing a module, to "Raise A Concern" !
When a "Concern" is triggered the relevant manager investigates the comments to establish whether additional action need to be taken like adding new procedures, Updating a Risk Assessment, or repairing or decommisioning equipment. This builds up a picture of an organisation that takes Safety & Risk seriuosly and helps to mitigate future liabilties.
Training Modules can be set up as individual assessment or course and additinal documents can be added to assessments.
All training is proritised on the formula of Severity and Likelihood which is considered automatically when the training is scheduled.
