Inductus, the bespoke automotive on-line health & safety induction for new employees, is now available in a Polish language version.
Bob Russell, Inductus Managing Director, said that “owing to increasing recruitment of Polish staff our customers have requested a special Polish version of our unique training resource”.
Although, given time, all staff will eventually learn English, it is a legal requirement to give new staff a health & safety induction that they can understand. This should be within the first 4 hours of their employment. Inductus on-line Polish version now meets this requirement in the employees own language!
In just one hour, using the Inductus interactive on-line programme, the new employee is given a complete health & safety induction covering all the relevant areas of an automotive car dealership including, if required, the Body Shop.
